Marcelo Martin
President – Construction

Marcelo is the license holder for MGM Construction Corp and has over 30 years of experience in Engineering and Construction, along with formal education from abroad.

Mr. Martin has a degree of Electro-Mechanical Engineering from the Universidad Nacional De Mar Del Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

He holds a General Contractor License as well as an Electrical Contractor License, both in the State of Florida.

Marcelo has experience in 2 countries, speaks English and Spanish, and is versed in all trades of construction. He has a high level of attention to details, while always pushing for efficiency.


Abilio Furtado
Vice President - Design and Sales

Abilio has a broad educational background and over 20 years of experience in the fields of design and construction.

Mr. Furtado's holds an undergrad degree from the Boston Architectural College, and a master’s degree in Architecture from Florida International University, aside from attending school for mechanical drafting in his early years, and an MBA program most recently.

From a young age, Mr. Furtado has been advancing in his career, gathering experience across 3 countries, including several states in the US. His areas of experience are vast such as Architecture, Interior Design, MEP engineering, and Construction, but he specializes in Luxury Residencial Design-Build.

Abilio is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish, and masters communications within all tiers of design and construction, from the workers and sub-contractors, to city officials, licensed professionals, and homeowners.
